Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the total cost of any returned product. This fee covers the cost of reprocessing and restocking the item. Refunds and exchanges do not apply to the following.

It is important that you state the order details correctly in the Email: constantinoplestorecity@gmail.com, along with whether you want an exchange or refund. If you want a refund, you must provide your accurate bank details so we can smoothly transfer your funds to your account.  

Once we receive your Email, our support agent will reach you within 24 hours and will provide you with a shipping label so you can return the product. When you have the label, you can send the product to us by ensuring that it is sealed and tagged correctly.
