Lost or Stolen Packages

Skincare IX is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. We recommend selecting a secure shipping location to avoid delivery issues.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. If you realize a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@example.com. We will try to correct the address before shipping, but once the package has been sent out, we cannot change the address.
